She kept running into the same pattern: talented people struggling under broken processes, and organizations blaming the people instead of the systems. That observation became the foundation of AROO. What started as a personal exploration into yoga and energy work became something bigger. Each modality revealed connections to the next, and all of them circled back to the same principles she’d been applying in business for years. 30+ certifications later, the line between professional development and personal growth stopped existing.
Recently, Nately made the decision to finally earn her PMP. She obtained it on her first attempt with perfect AT/AT/AT scores using NIDL, a training and coaching platform she designed and built herself. NIDL now powers every AROO engagement.

Chris came to project management through operations. He spent over a decade in title insurance, gradually moving from runner to escrow assistant to escrow officer to Vice President of Operations. Along the way, he managed 100+ real estate closings annually, hired and mentored staff, introduced Agile-inspired standups to streamline communication, and built client relationships that drove sustained growth. He was named employee of the year five years in a row.
In 2014, he transitioned into IT project management and Agile consulting, working across financial services, logistics, manufacturing, and media. He has served as project manager, Scrum Master, Jira administrator, and Agile coach for clients ranging from startups to a multinational telecommunications and entertainment conglomerate.
Chris brings the same instinct to people that Nately brings to systems. He has a track record of stepping into underperforming teams, earning trust quickly, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work. He pairs that with formal training in holistic practices, reinforcing the same principle behind all of AROO’s coaching work: sustainable performance starts with the person, not the process.
Beyond client-facing work, Chris serves as product owner and lead tester for AROO’s internal and client-facing applications, defining requirements, validating features, and field-testing with clients. He earned his PMP certification scoring AT/T/AT using NIDL, the training and coaching platform built and powered by AROO.
