I mentioned my curiosity surrounding people's obsession with crystals. Nately didn't respond with the typical fluff that had turned me off in the past. Instead, she went straight to science. I was surprised to learn about crystalline structures and that even our bodies are crystalline! While I will never remember all the details (sorry, Nately), I left excited to know there is evidence behind how they work.
